ABOUT Sarah

Sarah has been a therapist for nearly a decade, helping both individuals and couples to find peace and joy in their lives and relationships. She has completed several years worth of Emotionally Focused Therapy training for both couples and individuals and uses those skills to help clients heal from childhood attachment wounds and feel more secure in their relationships.

Sarah takes a holistic approach to therapy, assisting clients in integrating mind and body awareness and techniques to heal trauma, regulate and express emotion, and to feel more at ease and more empowered in their bodies, relationships, and environments. Sarah uses meditative exploration and somatic techniques to help clients find this place of inner calm and healing, especially focusing on healing the inner child to help clients experience breakthroughs in places where they have preivously felt stuck.

Sarah is passionate about helping people heal and become their best selves.
